Daniel Chocolates

I had excellent pastries at their now-closed South Granville location and I admire the taste of whomever their buyer is for gifts like ceramics. However the hazelnut ice cream I had yesterday was chewy-almost gelatinous- in parts and since it had no nuts it shouldn't have been. I am not sure it was fresh and the flavour was ordinary. Maybe, given the shop I was in, I should have tried the chocolate ice -cream but, like some of their packaged sweets like chocolate- covered nuts, it was likely not made by Daniel Chocolates.

Amazing customer services and even more amazing chocolates, pastries and an out of this world Hot Chocolate!

Would be nice to get a taster when you spend $20 on a box of chocolates as a gift.

My favorite Belgian chocolates.

Daniel's chocolates are always fresh and delicious. I like giving the salted caramel mermaid boxes and truffles as gifts and the classic boxes have a little something for everyone. The cream filled chocolates with colourful shells are beautiful! Lisa Humer
