Not Bad

The drinks are always good but the service at this Starbucks needs to improve. I asked for a frappuccino but I got a cappuccino which I understand mistakes happen BUT when you are told it's the wrong drink you dont leave for your break, order a drink and food leave your co-worker to prepare my frappuccino and leave me waiting until ALL the mobile orders are done and to top it off the barista who made the wrong drink got his order before me! He was standing in line beside me so I asked if his co-work was making my drink and he said yes but it takes time and I need to be patient. Well, 6 mobile orders were prepared before mine was ready! REALLY? I've worked in customer service for 40 years and I would never leave for break without correcting the error I made for a customer! Get your act together!

I stopped here all the way from Burnaby and they didn't even give me my full order . When i went to pick my order, to top it up with worse service my order was cold even i twice told them to warm it . Very disappointed. Management need to train their employees repeatedly

I had a bad experience. I went there in the morning to grab a bag of coffee beans and my morning coffee. However, all staffs were not nice at all. I asked for a straw and the staff told me the new version of the lid doesn't need a straw with an unfriendly tone of the voice. The manager was working with them at the moment for sure. I assume the management does not care about the qualify of the service. It is very unprofessional, bad management, bad vibes. I still love my starbucks beans and now I will gladly drive to westview starbucks location with friendly staffs.

Overpriced mediocre drinks and customers blocking the sidewalk with their long lines. Fruit flies landing on top of baked goods inside glass cabinets. Starbucks is a very corporate coffee chain that is completely devoid of soul, all while pretending that selling you $4 bottled water is going to save the planet. When i used to eat at starbucks, several times their bacon breakfast sandwiches were missing the bacon or served too cold in the center. The best part is not discovering that until you arrive at home.
