I liked the old location when it was at 3rd & Lonsdale more than the new location (on Esplanade) it was more roomy more comfortable more homey...staff are still great though ....but the new location is another matter....my opinion anyways

Even though it's a massive chain coffee shop, the baristas and clerks are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They always have a kind word to say, and make great cups of coffee! This location is so comfy, and it's nice to see the regulars that pop in as well.

Good location....but has moved to Esplanade West, this location is closed

This location is clean and cute. The staff is often friendly and nice however the way they've made drinks seems like they're all new and still learning how to make them. I've ordered multiple matcha drinks here (hot and cold) and I always get them bitter even when I place a mobile order where it specifically says in their own ingredients to add liquid sugar cane. They are also unable to make a proper lemonade as it always turns out to be more water and ice than anything. This used to be my favourite place to order from as it is the closest to my home but now I walk the extra blocks to the Lonsdale Quay Starbucks location. I'm hoping this location will get better 🤞

Decent service.hot chocolate wasn’t as bad as my first and pervious Experience in Tesco extra gosforth
