Lift Breakfast Bakery Ltd

I imagine it’s not easy to run and work in a restaurant during a pandemic, but the staff at Lift made it look like it was. Everything ran smoothly, I felt safe eating there, the service was very friendly and courteous, and the food was excellent. The one suggestion I have is to add an extra heater to the patio or have blankets, if blankets are safe to have during these times.

Went here to purely try their butter croissants as we were doing a pastry run all over town. We actually asked to dine in, which must've been strange for 2 people sharing a butter croissant. The service here is amazing! They asked if we wanted our croissant heated up and offered in house made jam. The croissant was amazing, perfect sweetness. I'll come back and have something from the breakfast menu next time.

2 things, good food and good service. The service was great, which is hard to find recently. I never asked for a refill of my coffee or water but it always seemed to be full. Everyone was friendly and everything was done quickly. The restaurant is clean and the staff organized. The eggs Benedict was quite good; price soso.

Lift has the most delicious brunch on the north shore. I visit from Vancouver and each time it is better and better. The location is also prime in Lower Lonsdale - a few blocks up from the Quay. Because of how great this little spot is, the line up is usually quite long. Be prepared to wait for about 30 mins however it's highly worth the wait.

Can't wait to go back. Every point of service was on point. Amazing food, with a very generous serving. All staff were prompt and courteous.
