Absolutely horrible! My friend and I walked in asking for a simple breakfast meal and they gave us the completely wrong order! Not only was the order incorrect, but the people there were sick! Coughing and sneezing all over the place. This isn’t the only time though. I asked if I could have cold white milk and they gave me a coffee cup and said that it was warm milk. I was furious with the service but I ignored it. When I went to take a sip of my steamy milk. It was a mocha! Never coming back to this establishment.
Tim Hortons!! Black Coffee with grilled chicken wrap... and Chocolate donuts.. Amazing time and nice food.
Terrible customer service. The employees do not even acknowledge you when you are standing in line. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and the three people working made eye contact with me but didn't say a word. One person was ahead of me waiting for there order so not sure what the staff is doing there. Will not come back to this location again. Get some better staff that know what they are doing and also hire people that know how to communicate in English!
The place is always understaffed. It’s a joke, and it’s not fair to the workers. Went in this morning, 3 people in line, one person doing everything behind the counter. 5 door dash orders and 3 people to serve. After 5 minutes of waiting for a coffee there was a 6 person line and three people gave up and left.
Food is good and service is remarkably fast. I felt safe because they are responsible about social distancing and frequent cleaning of hands and surfaces.
