Clean, warming coffee house with good friendly baristas and nice restroom facilities.

You’d think you can expect a consistent taste of coffee from Starbucks. Well, not this one. The barista here I met when I was here didn’t know what she was doing/making. I ordered a sweet cream cold brew, guess what I got? Just CREAM diluted with water and ice! The drink was white for god sake! It was disgusting! There was no coffee, no sweetness! Just literally a cup of cream water! Wow, how about that? It’s like I ordered a coffee without coffee! I asked for another one, she didn’t even make me a new one, she just poured some of the cream out, and added very little coffee, as if I ordered a cup of cream with a bit coffee as an added flavor. She did not know what she was doing, the other drink she made for my husband was disgusting too! Never will I come back to this Starbucks ever again!

I didn't want the coffee, but I bought $10 worth of stuff as a courtesy so that I could use their table for five minutes (I needed to send an email). During my order the tables all filled up with Safeway employees and people just sitting around reading the paper. The two people who actually bought Starbucks products were forced to stand and eat them over the garbage can (I dropped mine). Next time, I should just grab a table and not buy anything. Or, better yet, maybe I'll just go to the competition. Very unimpressed.

Small store, never enough tills going and the only place I consistently get bad chicken. Three times I've gotten a family pack of thighs for them to be smelly.
