This is the cutest shop inside, and the bubble tea is delicious. Consistently punchy flavors, excellent chewy pearls. The other reviewers have mentioned it already but the owner is a gem, always friendly and happy and very efficient! They can make the bubble tea hot too, which is so cozy for the winter. Price is right! Cheaper than the options in central Lonsdale, and so close to the Quay. Photos: just what I could find from my camera roll. Yes, I love the chocolate hazelnut one. :)

I went there yesterday for the first time! The price was average or even lower than that but the taste and amount of drink was perfect! Cool decoration, I can tell they have put extra effort on details! Super nice people with a lot of positive energy ! In overall, one of the best bubble tea shops in North Van so far!

Hidden gem! Really tasty original milk tea with grass jelly for my first try here - very balanced tea/milk/sugar flavors. The owner is so kind and friendly and welcoming, and makes one delicious drink too.

Since moving to the Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood, been coming regularly for their drinks. The man working there is super friendly and makes delicious drinks! So far, the grapefruit slush and the Jasmine milk tea with pearls have definitely been my favorites.

Teas were amazing, i recommend the white peach slush. The pearls are nice and soft but don’t fall apart in your mouth or get slimy. Definitely worth stopping in and sitting for while your tea is made.
