Used the mobile app when I picked it up the staff was friendly and energetic, adding positive energy to my day and such a good coffee and a seasonal snowman cookie ☃️❄
Honestly I can't stand Starbucks anymore their employees are completely scared and freaked out about covid. and if there not they are just acting like irresponsible children, they all have attitudes and when you see somebody tremble through their bones for you not wearing the mask walking through the door that's when you know that establishment is no longer somewhere to go for coffee.
Friendly neighborhood atmosphere while maintaining social distancing.
They need better signage to indicate where to line up.
Earlier ordered my drink and it came out too late. 15 minutes eventhough they were not doing anything. And my sister tried to order a drink to one of the staffs and she did not understand what she was saying so had to order a different one. Not so good.
