Starbucks

The "shop" is cute and surprise, the taste is like Starbucks. I only drink cappuccino, I don't know the other tastes. By the way the staff is/was very friendly. 01/16/2020

Fast and helpful service and staff.

At the 240th and the West View Starbucks there are these two older ladies that work the cashier. They always are so rude and snappy at me when I ask questions. In addition, after I order they are so nice to people behind me; who are older than me. They both just seem to hate young people. I’ve talked to my friends and they have agreed that they have been treated the way by these ladies. I do not know what is going on in thier lives, but I just do not understand why it is okay for humankind to treat people like this. When I go to my job I always put a smile on my face and help everyone with questions; no matter what hardships I am going through. Just wish they would be more helpful and less rude towards us younger people. Just to confirm I love Starbucks, they have fantastic drinks with a great environment, just would love to say that all the staff is friendly as well.

This is the only location where the guy always overheats the milk and leaves half of the cup full of foam. I waisted $28 for horrible lattes. Absolutely absurd. He is the only guy who works there and has no clue on how to make a latte. Please train him properly or remove him. I will be speaking to a regional manager about this. If you are there make sure not to get lattes. It will ruin your day!!
