What you would expect from a large grocery chain

Masks. Covid. Meh.

Sure it's good for others but I don't know my way around the store so it takes me forever..also don't appreciate bagging my own groceries when I'm paying 5¢ a bag. Just my opinion but I do expect the worker to do their job. Prefer Save-On where things are laid out so much easier and clerks are always courteous.

I really do like Superstore, but ever since COVID started, my other half and i have been using the Express Online Ordering, it's been nothing but terrible. Every single time, it's something. Whether it's wrong, missing, given someone else stuff, being told things are not available, then I go inside and find it or you get the produce that's just not fresh. I'm not sure what it is. The individual doing the picks doesn't care? They don't know what they're looking for? Are the images not suffice? Is it a training issue? I normally say it's fine and deal with it, but today I had to drive back three times. Of course the staff is polite and I am too, but really? Every time? We've all got things to do and the point of the service is to A) Not have to go inside, B) Be quick and efficient which has failed on both aspects. After having to go back twice and my other half a third time, I figured I'd make some time to do this. Seeing as how I made the time for 20 minutes per trip to just get what I needed.
