I called just before closing time and placed an order with Harry for a nice plant delivery basket that included some beer and wine (which they do not sell, but picked up for me) and was very well taken care of. The order was delivered within 1.5 hours by a staff member on their way home. I would highly recommend Art Knapp. Great customer service! Thanks for going above and beyond for me!
Very good customer service; they were helpful and kind. The greenhouse portion of the store is beautiful and they have a wide selection of plants. Would recommend.
Not sure if it's COVID related but the couple of staff members I could find on the floor seem miserable. Been there 4 times in the last cpl months and this seems to be consistent. Asking questions and trying to find products seems to be a chore. Won't be returning
