Sunrise Records

I came in today to purchase a gift for a youth I work with. Was super excited to get him a beatles t-shirt. While looking for sizes, the worker (with blue/ green hair) immediately yells across the store from the front desk, chasting me for not seeing the 'do not touch sign.' I apologize and move to look at cds. When I went to the front to pay, the employee was lysoling the shirts and making snide remarks to his co-worker, in front of me, about the inconvenience I had caused as they would now have to put the shirts away for a few days. I felt like this situation was handled really poorly. I felt really embarrassed and upset. The employee could have waited to make his comments until I had left the store. Likewise he could have walked across the store and politely brought my attention to the sign, rather than scream across the store. COVID is a stressful time for everyone. We are human and make mistakes (miss signage). However, this does not mean that staff should treat customers in such a passive-aggressive manner. I will not be returning to make purchases here. I will go elsewhere for records. I will also be recommending that others avoid the abusive staff here.

Normally a good exercise, but this time was horrible younger girl yelling at costomers to move while trying to shop , just awful cosmer survive!!!

Always awesome customer service and great selection

Waited 7 months to get a pretty mainstream record I ordered, then they sold it to someone else. Worst record store in town.
