We always enjoy our dinners out to Earls but this time around I decided to try the Tofu bowl. I'm not vegan but I am always curious about sampling all options. Unfortunately this dish just doesn't deliver in taste or imagination. This isn't a reflection on this particular location or the kitchen staff, but a reflection on the franchise recipe and guidelines. Earls needs to rethink this dish and invest more energy into making this offering worth coming back to.
Instead of going with Skip thought the Id support the store directly and instead wasted 30 minutes of my time to get treated poorly- Did a takeout order and they forgot to pack a whole meal- it happens I get it. But the girl at the front was unsympathetic and seem to care less- no apologies just said I could come get it or get a gift card refund?? - not an option when someone is expecting a meal. Not had this experience anywhere else in town and getting brushed off for a mistake that wasn't ours is poor customer service at best. Shame because the food was good- but in reading other reviews its clear the Hostess needs better training if she is going to rep the business.
I treated my young daughter and I to dinner because they had a nice size vegan menu! Now that’s something I highly appreciate!!! I did feel the prices were a little steep for the amount of food you get. Besides that, everything was fine and the staff were very kind and accommodating when I asked for a booth instead of a table. Cheers!

|Hostess' seem to be all over the place (need more training & better customer service). Place was packed. We ordered take out -- took longer than expect but they reimbursed with a gift card - super nice of them. Not sure how the restaurant is layed out for covid - your own risk. Food was amazing! Earls is usually pretty good!
