Poor atmosphere, frazzled staff. No one seems happy to work here. No warmth
Our first visit here was very pleasant. Our server Beverly was delightful. She was efficient and helped make our dining experience that much better. The steaks were done to perfection, and the sticky toffee dessert was to die for. We will return.
Great Location perfect before or after a Hockey Game or Concert. Always have the UFC fights. Great Happy Hour Menu and its in the same building as the Casino!
Very handy place, near the casino. If you are in waiting list to have your seat to the restaurant, you can go and play while waiting.
Waiters are very busy and efficient. Friendly and funny.
Food very delicious. Even the music is not to loud. Perfect place to enjoy the moment.
We decided to go back after being there for the first time over a month ago. Normally I like to reorder the same thing...if it's good.. it's good....right? This time we both ordered different and went with the waffles and chicken. The 1 waffle had 2 very small pieces of chicken on it. I commented to the waitress...really?....15 bucks and this is it?
We accepted our bad choice....then..we started eating and the chicken had a burnt taste. 2 wrongs.....we sent it back.
We then reordered what what originally had for our first experience and enjoyed...me..blackend shrimp eggs benny's......my friend....ordered the Reuben. Which was exactly how he remembered it. My dish...disappointing....not as good as b4. The English muffin was very dry..tough and hard on the edges.
We wont be going back.
Seems like the turn over in employees may have something to do with it. Sad...its got a decent atmosphere.
