Great store. Lots to choose from. Friendly staff. So glad we have it downtown.

Went into this store for the first time on Saturday (3 Oct) as I was visiting from Kelowna. Good store layout and Funko Pop selection. Loved the sale which they were having for Funko Pops; it made them very affordable for me. I was very impressed by the customer service provided by the staff member; he was very passionate and went above and beyond in his work (I didn't get his name but he was wearing a beanie). Highly recommended; I would definitely come by this store if I ever visit Penticton again!

Surprising, but in that good way. I remembered that they carried a great line of jigsaw puzzles and mail ordered one down to us on the Coast for my husband's birthday. Happened quickly, he was really happy. Will visit again in person when that is possible.

I bought milk here. It was way more expensive than grocery stores. I suppose it's the convenience but I might have bought more here if I didn't feel ripped off. Service was friendly.
