Shell

The young employees of this store are great people but the old guy working there is rude he just sits there behind the desk while the young people help customers I asked a simple question to the young lady about a sale they had and he interrupts to try and make me look dumb for not knowing what chocolate bars where on sale then goes back to sitting in his a/c gas station doing nothing on his computer. I go to this store all the time and I really hope that guy gets a better attitude or a new job

Just went and got told to leave after one chubby carpet rider took my 10 dollars and told me to leave and never come back. I was blatantly ripped off . I wouldn't suggest going here.

It says 24 hours and the guy refused to serve me says they close at 1030 but let the man who filled up on gas monents before me inside then closed the door on me and as i took these photos closed the front ones . Just curious as to why it says 24 hours and really isnt . Guess my money is no good here. I wont be using shell anymore. Employees here suck and have an additude problem. Please shell give me a call or write back to me so i can talk to someone. Very unsatisfied with this service

Bathroom was very clean and they have all sorts of fuels including those for marine use!

Worst experience Today in the eight years of patronage. As someone who has been privileged to have worked for RD Shell Projects & Technology Team for 5 plus yrs, I am very disappointed in how I was marginalized for needing help at this Shell station today. The employee was then trying to tell me how he would have my truck towed for being longer than an hour, then proceeded to tell me to get the F’ out of his store. That has steered me from asking to plug in my charging / vehicle jumping handheld unit at any Shell station. The owner will be getting a visit at Eight am when He comes in. Not sure what SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) this distraught employee was pulling that from but the Three Golden Rules at Shell - Respect, Intervene & Comply were never covered by Management so it would appear.
