Kettle Valley Memorial

I first met Kevin when my mother and I went to him to plan her funeral. He was kind, respectful and accommodating. Her passing was a very difficult time for me and his support and attention to detail in executing her service was welcomed and appreciated. In a recent passing of my stepfather, I reached out to Kettle Valley Memorial. Kevin and his team were wonderful. Kettle Valley Memorial offers an elevated standard of service while maintaining compassion and integrity. Without hesitation I would highly recommend their services. My mother and stepfather were incredibly important to my world and in their passing, they were honoured and celebrated in the best possible way.

Kevin and his team at Kettle Valley Memorial were very helpful and informative at the time of my uncles passing. Kevin the owner is very accommodating and professional besides being genuinely nice. There were no hidden costs after the fact, also no up - selling. We didn’t realize at first that Kettle Valley Memorial is in Penticton, but it was not a problem. Kevin came to kelowna three times in total and didn’t even charge extra for his travel time...so impressed with the service we received.
