I love getting coffee here! Friendly service, great coffee. The food is excellent as well.
I really appreciate Coffee Culture! It is the perfect location to meet with people, study a bit, or relax. An amazing coffee shop with GREAT service, always. Their drinks are fantastic and soups are exceptional.
Good atmosphere, good coffee, good food. I love their unique pastries, they look nice. My only gripe with this place is that you'll get your orders wrong, or straight up forgotten sometimes, it's happened to me twice already. Don't let that turn you away though! Just make sure your order is right with the nice employees. Please don't give 'em a hard time. :)
I wish they would focus a little more on Customer Service. One specific server makes you feel like you are the one intruding. Have never heard her say "Hello, Have a Good Day, or You're Welcome/Thank you" before. She always has the same expression on her face, and doesn't seem to want to be there or take your order. Other than that, love the atmosphere.
Friendly service...but "covid " precautions are not emphasized all across the board...they have plexiglass booth dividers, social distancing markers on the floor but no plexiglass shield at the order counter and the staff members were not wearing masks.
