The service is amazing there!
Fast service
Best meal we've had in Northern MN. The service is awesome. The salad fresh and crisp and the entrees prepared with attention to detail. It is worth a trip to this eatery! Oh. The atmosphere is casual but very clean, comfortable and well appointed.
I ordered take out through the brickhouse app on my phone. Ordering was easy, but after waiting an hour and a half I called to see if my food was ready. They informed me that my food had been done for over an hour and that I should have received a notification through that app on my phone. The notification settings for the app was turned on but said that there no notifications received. This is the second time this has happened to me at this establishment.
For the third time my medium rare steak came out overcooked. This time it was well done. I’ve even ordered rare hoping to get it at least medium and it still wasn’t right. For an hour round trip the only compensation I received was having the streak taken off my bill. I was changing my daughter when the server came to check on our food. My girlfriend told her the steak was way over done. After I returned the server didn’t apologize about the steak or even mention it for the remainder of the time we were there.
