Ughhhhh. Placed an order online to pick up in store. And when I got there they said they couldn't find my order and I said I could show them my reciept. The guy says "I don't really have time for that right now. You can go in the drive thru and I can deal with you at the window". I couldn't believe that response. I called Tim's Canada and got refunded for my order. Won't be back at that Tim's location for a long while. 🙄🙄
They had at least 6 people serving drive through customers and nobody working the counter inside. Luckily the coffee was good like usual or it would have been 1 star.
Friendly, and typically quicker than the other Tim's in town.
VERY SLOW SERVICE! U WOULD UNDERSTAND IF ITS BUSY BUT JUST FOR 3 CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 25MINS BEFORE U AND UR THE 2ND ONE? WELL THATS NOT GOOD!
