Audio system sound was low, volume not high enough. Person taking our order got it wrong even after repeating ourselves several times then we go to pay and try and correct the order the cashier started arguing with us. More training is needed in this store
One of the fastest fast-food establishments I've ever frequented. Fast, friendly service and quality food.
They know how to make a decent Frozen Hot Chocolate!
The food was fine, but very slow coming. The service was okay... what you'd expect from the very young teens that often work at Dairy Queen. It was the restaurant, itself, that caused this place to lose stars. It was extremely cold- very uncomfortably cold. The booths were uncomfortable. The bathroom was marginally clean. Overall, it lacked hospitality.
