It’s not often that you have a joyful experience at the drive thru. But today the crew at Steinbach Starbucks did just that. From a suggestion on how to make my favourite drink even better to the warm smiles and conversation. Thank you to Lauralee, Billy and the crew for great customer service!

The interior of this location reminds me of Starbucks Reserve stores (an upscale boutique version) in bigger cities. Extremely satisfied with the taste and great service! The staff's friendliness and professionalism are on another level! If you are driving out East, this is the last Starbucks in Manitoba. The next one is in Kenora, Ontario, 180 km away from this location.

awful customer service keeps messing up my drinks and today charged me for a extra latte, I didnt even order. She wrote on my lid with a marker. Please dont write with a marker anywhere near my lid. I went in and told them I got the wrong drink and they said I forgot the one I ordered and refunded me the one in my hand Either they dont listen, are clueless what's going on or they just simply dont care.

Although Starbucks is a little on the pricey side I always enjoy my beverage. The staff is always super friendly!

Absolutely love this place, service has always been AMAZING and helpful plus the drinks are amazing. Get the pink drink trust me.
