I would love it if they didn't screw up my order every single time I go there. It's fast food. You know what you get at McDonald's. It's the service I am commenting on. They are pleasant and polite, but can't seem to get an order correct when it is busy. Not once. I mean it, every single time. Need Burger King and Wendy's to hurry up and open for some competition.

I ordered a cheeseburger with no bun, no meat and no condiments. And this McDonalds does the best thing ever and gives it to me in a hotcakes container, with a fork! Best night ever! Cheese tastes nasty but its dons.

I asked for a Ghost Pepper McChicken but they said they didn't have it yet. Then the employee offered me a Travis Scott burger, which is supposed to be a modified Quarter Pounder as part of a promotion they are doing. I opened the box and the entire order was wrong 2 big macs, and a McChicken. I explained this to the employee bringing out our food and he said that the Travis Scott burger just has to be "punched in as a Scotch Bonnet". No, they actually gave me a scotch bonnet. It's not a Travis Scott burger at all. The employee also TOOK BACK the Big Mac's and brought them back inside..... I thought they weren't allowed to do this? That's so unsanitary!!! During a time where COVID PRECAUTIONS are so important, you take back food that was in my vehicle and handled by us, to go BACK INTO THE RESTAURANT?

Food was cold and burgers looked like someone sat on them. Staff did not even understand promos running. When manager was questioned by staff she dismissed the question. And walked away. Learn the active promos! Coffee cards can be redeemed for a medium coffee or medium fry. Typical Steinbach mentality the world has come to see in The news.

Visited our store in steinbach for Sunday lunch, waited an unacceptable time, manager came out to give us our meal and a complete refund for our meal with a heart felt apology. Totally appreciated the kind gesture!! Keeping your customers happy!! Not an easy job!! Thank you !!
