I had sent an email to them through their website, waited a week for a response before calling and apparently they have no idea where that form of contacting them gets sent to. The person I talked to was rather rude about it to. I can't help but think of how much business you're losing as a result of poor communication. Oh well...here's at least one person's business they've lost as a result.
