First time trying a Japanese cheescake. It was a light and fluffy and quite tasty. I don't really understand all the hype around it though. Solid but unspectacular. (3/5) It was good to try it but I won't be rushing back for more. The honey Madeleine was delicious (5/5)

This is the best cheese cake in Ottawa. You will not have the same experience in other restaurants. It is super creamy and fluffy. The line up is not that long about 5m.

First time trying this Japanese Cheesecake , I must say it’s definitely different from any other cake , soft , fluffy and not too sweet . Amazing costumer service , friendly staff , cakes are made on the spot , visible to the public . I highly recommend this place !!

Food and culture go hand in hand. Some crave for heavily rich cheesy flavor, some love the subtleness of the cottony texture with a touch of cheese. It is wonderful to have the liberty to choose in Canada. My only suggestion is that the Ottawa location include more varieties, like the cheese tart and more flavors, matcha, and chocolate.
