Get there early to ensure they have what you want, nice and fresh. Some items are there every day, some are daily specials only so check the web site. Great baguettes and sourdough. Doing good job of sticking to social distancing guidelines.
Delicious sourdough bread. My favourite is the seed loaf and the oatmeal and coconut cookies. Love it with avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta and alfalfa sprouts. Really good for you and easy to digest. This place is a gem!

The best artisan bread I know in Ottawa.Very nice staff too. It's a busy place and I know why...the bread is so good..nutritious and sold at a good price.. I live 60 k away...it is worth the drive
I have been making pilgrimages to True Loaf for at least 10 or may be 15 years after a friend tipped me off about them. Their breads taste heavenly and nourishing. But I am also enchanted by the delightful and welcoming greeting and service of a very gracious lady, whose name I don't know, but who could teach many others about real customer service. True Loaf is to be cherished for all time, crafters of fine breads.
