This used to be one of my favorite places to stop anytime I was in the market. I'm sad to say the past few times I've been in (1 week ago to several months ago) each time the quality has declined. The cupcakes are no longer moist and they are no longer worth the high prices. I always try to support local but it's disappointing the past few times I've gone. I've tried multiple flavors to make sure it wasn't just one bad batch. I hope they get back to their roots but i won't be returning in the foreseeable future. ☹️
The Cupcake Lounge provided our wedding cake and cupcakes for our September wedding and I can't thank them enough! The items looked and tasted amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests. Thank you!
We’ve tried numerous items on their menu and it’s all delicious. Our favorite is the chocolate chocolate cupcakes. They also have really nice DIY kits that make a really good activity for kids on a weekend. We’ve tried the cookie and the cupcake DIY kits and they come with everything needed and it’s lots of fun for kids( and adults!)
I have never had a bad experience with Cupcake Lounge! Their classics such as Oreo and Red Velvet are always dependable and I love the seasonal options as well.
My recent Uber Eats experience was even more lovely. One of the items I had ordered was out of stock and they subbed it out for an even better Marshmallow Ganache! Thanks so much, guys for the friendly note and the A+ service.
People here are very knowledgeable and friendly! Renée went above and beyond in picking out cupcakes, suggesting tips for freezing them (as if they'll last that long because they're truly very good). Good variety of flavours, and the day-old's are a steal. Will be coming back.
