Jam buns are the real deal, only available on weekends and sell out real quick. Every one of their bread I’ve gotten thus far has been incredible. All their baked goods you can’t go wrong with!

This is my favourite bakery in all of Ottawa. Not only is the staff friendly and the food is fresh and delicious, but the owner truly cares about the community and works with several charitable organizations in the area. Highly recommend supporting this business whenever you can - if you order ahead online, lookout for the 'Pay it Forward' loaf of bread that will be donated to a local food bank with your help. My favourite bakery in the neighbourhood or even city?! The jam buns are wildly delicious as well as the cinnamon snails - flaky but somehow moist?! The ciabatta buns are also delicious and doughy and don't decimate your mouth like ciabatta buns normally do. I've also had the sourdough which was amazing. Lovely staff as well!!

Dropped by Bread By Us on a Saturday morning to pick up a coffee and snack. We got two Americanos and a cheese croissant. Coffee here is on point. Note that they have natural sweeteners like maple syrup and honey, and no artificial stuff like stevia. The cheese croissant was buttery, fluffy and crispy. It tasted delicious. We've been here a couple of times now and they're consistently great. Staff is really lovely too. You might have to wait in line on weekends.
