Roxane is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and non-judgemental. She'll answer any question you have and nothing phases her. She has a very dry affect to her, is happy to help you or let you work things out on your own. The store is well organized and has a sufficient variety.

My boyfriend and I went in to get some toys to celebrate our anniversary. Once we got in a short Burnett with shaved sides who asked for ID. We both have our drivers license and she kicked us out because our licenses didn’t state our age. Although our birthdays are written on our licenses she kept telling us our age wasn’t on it. If I could I would give this place zero stars. She treated us with no respect nor tried to understand that our birthdays stated we were clearly of age to enter. We have both bought sex toys before at a different location, why weren’t we allowed in here? All in all I personally believe she needs a class on how to read ID’s and on how to be kind to costumers. If I were the manager she’d be fired.

i bought my girlfriend a vibrating toy around $60 with a 5 year warranty the first day she gets it, it’s faulty it does charge or work it’s been almost 2 years now we been trying replace it the date i purchased on the receipt is November 19 2018 horrible customer service don’t recommend buying anything from here
