Very good service and great quality meals. They don't look sloppy or gross. I mean look at this Buffalo Poutine 🤤 The chicken & fries were hot ! They really respect your order modifications especially when you order from your phone. I think this is my favorite McDonald's so far!
Just came back from the drive-thru and ordered 2 breakfast combos, specifically asked for hashbrowns. Paid for my order in 1 window and got my food in the next. Received fries with both combos instead of hashbrowns, and it clearly states hashbrowns on the receipt! When I told the cashier that that is not what I ordered, all I was told is that they serve fries as of 11am (time stamp on receipt says 11:00:54)! First of all, I arrived at the drive-thru before 11 am but waited over 10 minutes in line as there were many cars. Secondly, when I placed my order, if there were no hashbrowns left, why wasn't I told that before making me pay for something that I did not order!!! Had I wanted fries with my breakfast, I would have simply asked for them. To boot, it's not like I can go inside to get a refund because the dining room is closed! Maybe that's why it's also easier to give you clients' attitude! Wow! Easy to take someone's $30 but god forbid you provide your customers with what they order! Pathetic!
It's McDo....if they don't forget to give you a fork to eat your poutine ...we are good!
Like any McDonald's, but open 24h and never made a mistake on an order.
I'm very sorry but now whit the coronavirus our lives had change everything is completely diferente then last year .personally. I don't know when we'll be normal. Thank you
