Nothing good all cold and the gat mix up with the food. Make a client pay twice but two different orders and not even the good one
The worst service within all the Tim Hortons that I went in Canada... I ordered something, it came wrong, I came back to ask to fix, they tried to lure me to believe that I had what I asked, I left and opened up the sandwich to see if they were right and like thought, it wasn't... Anyways, it's a shame and actually this is a systematic problem with this chain, that use to be one of the biggest symbols of this country...
Its tim horton's
Everything is always empty !! And when we ask if there will be any more donuts/timbits they say no because it’s too late! (It’s 3pm....)
Coffee is burnt half the time
They don’t respect when you ask for splenda (there is a taste difference)
Take the extra 2 minute drive and go to the other restaurants near IGA... (oddly enough belongs to this owners son) he has a better service.
No scones
No biscuits
Very low on donuts.
We walked in around 2.30pm and there where only 3 people working while there were 8 people in line.
Waiting time was almost 15 minutes.
Mostly service in French very very little English.
The seats at the fireplace were free and I know why the seats are ripped.
Not what you expect from a Tim Hortons.
Toilets were so so
