Excellent service. Very fast, very efficient, much appreciated. I used the return mail service. Really, it was worth the cost since I didn't have to travel to get it. Complete documents in a pocket identified with the year. It’s handy for our records.

The owner, Mrs. Plouffe, has no respect for her customers. It acts as if we, the customers, should understand everything about taxes. It's only the 2nd time I do my taxes and she acted like I had to know how to do it. If I am going to see her it is precisely because I do not know how to do it .... When I left, Mrs. Plouffe told me to go do my homework with a very arrogant tone. She didn't help me at all.
