I have been struggling with TMJ syndrome for years. Mine presented with limited opening which made any kind of dental procedure a nightmare. I was so lucky to discover Castleridge Physiotherapy. His magic fingers enabled me to survive some very difficult, for me, dental procedures. I see him now periodically to maintain my range. His expertise is not limited to TMJ either. His knowledge of anatomy and his skill as a physiotherapist is unparalleled. I highly recommend him.

I was in a car accident 2 years ago that left me with a reaggravated herniated disc (L4 & L5), tight shoulders and neck muscles. This place is the preferred clinic of the insurance company. Since then, I have been receiving physiotherapy treatments from Rafeeq Ansari and the occasional chiro adjustments from Dr. Sunjot. Rafeeq is a fantastic physio, very knowledgeable, gentle with the dry needle, patient (I show up late almost all the time!), flexible, and accommodating. He designed a program which helped strengthen my core and my back. Extended my access to the program which is a bonus. The clinic is always kept clean, the staff are well-trained and very professional, covid-19 compliant, and accommodating (they can take me in at 7:45 pm).

Dr.Sudhir Shenoy helped me with leg pain that I had been experiencing fro almost a year. I went to Max Physiotherapy for 4 months and had no relief from my pain, I even saw the chiropractor their and my pain did not get better. Within my first sitting with Dr.Sudhir I felt so much relief after a very long time. I would recommend everyone to visit here as they have a wonderful staff and doctors that truly care about you.
