SAVE - Southern Alberta Veterinary Emergency

Took our three year old girl in yesterday for a "mature spay" after their associate clinic Elizabeth Street advised it was safer for her. Their protocol with the Covid epidemic was exemplary. Dr. Marco, as usual, was amazing, called me when the surgery was done to let me know she did fine. We have been a client for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with our dogs.

About a year ago we brought our two year old miniature schnauzer to SAVE with inexplicable acute renal failure. The staff and doctors were so kind and supportive and did everything they could for Clover. They rallied to save her life, and a year later, our pupper has gone from Stage 3 renal failure to completely normal kidney function. The staff there is so compassionate, they truly care about their patients and the families who love them.

I have been a client of SAVE for a year now specifically for reproduction for my dog and her puppies. I have had to come in many times due to complications and every time they have delivered the most exceptional service. They have been there in the darkest of moments and have reassured me and calmed my anxieties. I can not speak any more highly of them and I recommend them to all my friends with pets who need emergency or reproductive services. Thank you for all you do 🙏

Took my Chatahoula Mix there on an emergency basis this past Sunday, it was honestly one of the scariest days of my life as we truly thought our dog had died on the way to the vet, once there he had perked up a bit but still we thought it would be the last time seeing him going through the doors. Luckily SAVE was able to bring our boy back home to us. They explained everything so well and did everything to make sure he was okay. Thank you so much to the all the staff and Dr. Toma for saving him and allowing us many more years with him! So glad our Rocky is already back to his silly self and back at home with us!!

A huge thank you to SAVE! Our cat had a urinary block and had to stay 4 nights in hospital. He was due to come home on our wedding day, but we were concerned about leaving him home alone after being in hospital. The staff at SAVE were so understanding, kind, and helpful, and they let us keep him there an extra day to make sure he could be taken care of and that we could enjoy our wedding day. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of all the staff I talked to over 4 days, but every single person at SAVE was just wonderful to deal with. I felt comfortable leaving my baby in their care, and he is now home doing better than ever. I cannot say enough good things about this hospital, we are just so grateful for them.
