Haven’t been here for some time but always love to stop in when we pass through. When we were there last we were in love of the idea of the ‘honour fridge’. Take your cheese and leave your money in the container. So cute! We picked up some sort of chive soft cheese. It was amazing. We simmered it down and made the most amazing cream sauce for mussels out of as well as other delightful treats. What an adorable little place!!
Their cheese is amazing. I especially enjoy their brie. It is unfortunate that they no longer have a physical store...the honour system for the cheese is nice. I would wish they will have more of the brie cheese...the last two years I went they only would have pecorino cheese available...
No one showed up. No answered the door or the phone. We traveled from sk to visit. Someone drove past us and into the back. Ignored us. Waste of time and effort.
