H&R Block

Very poor service, I didn't do taxes for 5 years, 2015 needed to mail in. They said 12 weeks, it has now been 32 weeks. I paid for there services out of my refunds however now when I contact them about my return I get nothing except it is still coming, Not once have they given me a reason or even checked on there end if it was completed properly, Do not go here, just do it yourself or use a professional accountant. Lesson learned

They have been doing my taxes for 5 years and I am very satisfied with the service. Staff is knowledgeable and professional very efficient. Never had to wait long. If I made an appointment they didn't make me wait. They know the new tax rules and I never waited for my tax return, was given check the same day. Will be seeing them next year.

My family and I have been getting our taxes done here for 5 years and we will continue to do so. When we first relocated to Saint Albert from Toronto we had very complicated returns. Reem Salim did an outstanding job for us. Our taxes are much less complicated now but I have been so satisfied with Reem's efficiency and service that I continue to get her to do my taxes. Great experience every time. Thank you so very much!

I just wanna say thank you H&R Block and the front liner staff for doing my sole proprietor tax. Even we are facing this very difficult situation in our community and globally.

I usually use a different location but decided to try this location sinceI moved andmd itts closer to me. I will make an effort to drive across the city next time. Reception was the worst and I could never get in contact with my specialist. Wendy was receptionist name and very rude, unhelpful and unknowledgable. I think she tried harder to be of no help than making any effort to do her reception job.
