Liberty Tax Service

had my taxes done paid $180 and they tried to send it out once and it didnt go through so they just left it,a week and a half later i call revenue canada and they say nothing is in yet they tried only once in that time so had to call and get them to do it,they were just leaving it!!never seen such unprofessional and unknowlegable staff,will NEVER return,they didnt even care or apologize

I've been filing my taxes there for for the last 8 years. The stuff member in the office are excellent , they are knowledgeable andahave the best customer service ever .

Def don't recommend.. Service was poor and it took basically the whole office to look at my taxes... And they tried to. Ox my paperwork up with a other person file... Twice... I'm getting f*****
