Love all the beverages on the menu. Plus my friend and I sat and talked for hours with one drink and we didn't feel like we over stayed our visit.

I rally like Second Cup coffee the staff was nice and friendly and everything was good. The reason for my three stars is that I am not a fan of the layout and feel of this specific SC. That is just my personal opinion. Again a s for the coffee...great.

Second time I've ordered a frappe and they don't put the top on it. I'm not supporting Canadian company and paying $5 for coffee and ice. FINISH YOUR ADVERTISED DRINKS!
