staff here lacks customer service.. i picked.up an order and the sign says pick order here ive waited there for more than 5 minutes and staff there just talking.. they didnt even greet or acknowledge you even if they see you as you enter the store they just pretend they didnt see you.. then one of the staff approached me and ask me of my order and she even said to me "next time ask them for your order coz youve been waiting for too long" com'on HELLO i stand in front of your sign which says pick.up order here order should be place there and not any other place and besides how will i ask one of your staff will infact nobody cares that i entered in your store!!! 🤬🤬🤬 very bad customer service!!!

Perhaps it's because of the fact that there were three separate orders, but when my group asked for a set of six vanilla dip donuts, they gave us an assorted pack. Either way, it was a little disappointing. Still good though.

This place will serve you only if you have a vehicle. Basically if you don't own a vehicle you can't have anything.

Keep giving this location a chance and they always manage to mess up out coffee's, ordered 3 coffee's and 3 steeped teas, got 5 teas all wrong sugars and creams added and wrong coffee's... very disappointing.

This place just continues to dissapoint... they cant even do a simple bagel without completely screwing it up. Get your breakfast elsewhere unless you like stale bagels at 830am.. Ordered bagels with cream cheese and whoever made them decided only half the bagel needed to be covered and the other completely dry.. oh and a nice little raisin inside of plain cream cheese.. what a nice addition for people with allergies to them. Unbelievable
