DaVinci & T-Rex Distillery

Won 2 bottles of T-Rex Vodka and bought a bottle of there Spiced Rum along with the Vegan Chocolate and Strawberry Banana Gelato and it was all so tasty!!! Will definitely be back! Also the service was absolutely wonderful!! 🙌

Simply amazing dark rum! I'd seen an ad on Instagram for their rums. Thought they looked and sounded interesting. I really wanted to sample before I purchased any. Yesterday my wife and I were in Edmonton transcending dental medication. After our appointments we drove St. Albert found the DaVinci & T-Rex Distillery. It's a little bit east of the Enjoy Centre. We welcomed in by a very nice young gentleman, he was well spoken and helpful, explaining the details of their rums. I tried the dark, the spiced and white rums. They were all excellent, I particularly like the dark, it's 50% alcohol strong, but it's like opening a sturdy oak door not exactly sure whats on the other side. When you open and step in its like a library that is filled with delightful rare books each one more amazing than the next. So many marvelous flavors! If you like dark rum, you will love it! I've had the Bluenose dark rum made by Ironworks distillery of Lunenburg, NS, and it is lovely, an expensive lovely. I like the T-Rex dark rum more. The spiced is a nice spiced rum at 35% alcohol that mixes well with Pepsi Max. Their award winning white is very nice, but I'm a dark rum man. If you like white rum, you will love it. For 750ml the dark is $28, and the spiced is $21. I'm certain I will be buying more! Due to Covid you just call the number on the door and they will come let you in. Then you may sample both rum and gellatos if you so wish. But their rum and you will not be disappointed!

Bought the raptor spiced rum in drumheller. It was the worst rum I ever tried. Dumped my drink after 3 sips. I wouldn't even give to a drunk to drink.

The most AMAZING gelato!! So creamy and delicious! My favorite is the mango!! Love that DaVinci's goes to the St. Albert Market because then I can get a scoop or two when I go shopping!!
