Tracey & Marcel provided a true comforting experience when my 16 year old female Yorkie passed peacefully in her sleep.
During a time of extreme sadness their compassion & understanding was greatly appreciated.
While losing a pet is one of the most difficult moments in life,Guardian provides true comfort.
My Boy Gus was truly an Icon. He had the biggest heart, was so gentle and was immediately loved by all who met him. He passed at home suddenly and unexpectedly & though I am heartbroken that he is gone, I am comforted with the thought that he must have been needed elsewhere. My boy sure left a big mark in all our lives and we are forever changed. Tracey and her husband were absolutely great with helping me take care of Gus, even while I was struggling to stay composed. Their patience and comforting efforts were greatly appreciated. My overall experience with their company and services provided, was 5 star all the way. I also really appreciated how fast Tracey responded to my call. Though this is a time none of us wish for of course, it is good to know there are genuinely caring people at Guardian, there to help us out at the worst of times.
I highly recommend this place. The staff are all so very kind, caring and compassionate. They are very understanding of how hard it is to lose a memebr of the family (pet). They are extremely flexible and they work with you to find the best time for you to either drop of your pet or to come and pick up your pet for you! I have brought both of my beloved cats to them, and I have recommend them to all of my friends and family! As the compassion and understanding and the care they show for both you and for your pet is unbeatable.
I highly recommend this Company!! The loss of our little man Rupert ( my shadow) was so hard and Tracy was very compassionate and understanding of how hard it is to loose a part of the family (pet). They were very accommodating as to when we could bring him in and pick him up. She had some very good ideas as what we could do and helped us in so may ways.!! THANK YOU.!!
Losing a pet is one of the hardest things someone can go through. We lost our 14.5 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Fredo on August 13th, and it was so incredibly heartbreaking. We really dreaded the entire process, but when it came down to it, we honestly don't think it could have gone any better. Prior to this experience, we didn't know that it was possible to have the vets come to us so our fur baby would pass in the comfort of home, and that we could be the ones to bring him to the crematorium. We were met with such kindness, compassion, and understanding from Tracey that I don't think would have been possible had we followed usual vet procedures when a pet passes away; especially during covid. They were so flexible and accommodating. I didn't feel that terrible feeling in the pit of our stomach bringing him to Guardian that I would have felt if the vets had taken him with them. I felt such comfort knowing that he was in my arms until the very end. They have a beautiful room set up with a soft blanket on the table, and we were able to take as long as we needed to say our goodbyes. They also offer such a variety of keepsakes depending on what you desire. Our little guy had very fluffy feet, and Tracey was still able to get an actual imprint of his foot along with multiple ink prints so we can frame it or take it to get a tattoo if we desire. During such a hard time, we can't reccomend Guardian enough. All our questions were answered, and they gave us support even after we got his ashes and prints back with a compassion email checking to see how we were doing. No one does that, and so it really made them stand out even more in our hearts. They brought us peace and comfort that made saying goodbye just a little easier.
