Ingrid provided excellent service to my mom and I. She was kind and compassionate in allowing us to meet her during off store hours. My mom has had health issues and is very vulnerable to the COVID 19. I have already passed on referrals to my other family members, if we need these services again in the future they will contact you. We have used Remco Memorials twice. Once back in 2006, for a family marker after my father passed away. This marker also had my mother's name inscribed at that time. We used them again this year, to update that family marker after my mom passed away. Their service was professionally done, and was quickly performed. Very impressed with their value, and attention to detail.

I came in to the store to order a vase for my daughters grave (We buried her 26 years ago). Lora gave me incredible service, even though my purchase was small. I picked the vase, the material and the coating for the vase. She warned me that it could take up to a year for such a special order. It arrive in less than 2 months. I will be using Lora's services again.

As my family grows older, I'm finding that I'm having to face funerals and cemeteries more regularly. With the compassionate help of the staff at REMCO I have been able to bring their deaths to closure, even through COVID. From my first contact with Ingrid to the final installation of the monument, I've felt supported. She and Lora have walked me through the choices and decisions, making suggestions and recognizing my budget. They provided numerous renderings of each monument, and were very understanding each time I changed my mind. Never did I feel like I was being pressured and each time I was very satisfied with the monuments REMCO installed for me. To the REMCO staff, Thank you.
