Stopped in to the Camrose shop to meet Cel Management and discuss future opportunities especially regarding their Erskine project, as I live just a few minutes from the Erskine site. It was instantly clear that there management style was based on a very unprofessional attitude to job applicants. The response after I introduced my self was curt and very unprofessional. They couldn’t wait to push me out the door. It’s also clear that they are not the community minded company that they say they are. As it looks like they are not interested in hiring local. Now this incident is probably not indicative of the over all company. As I have heard good things about them from working employees. But it was very disappointing to be treated so poorly in their Camrose office.
