This company started out small and did an adequate job but as it grew and took on more staff and clients it developed a lack of competence within and opted to blame the client for their short comings. Consistently late with filings leading to extensive penalties to several clients all the while making excuses for their inability to be accurate and timely with their clients books. A former client reported incomplete turn over of books as they were firing P.A.M. and fraudulent billing for work claimed to be completed but not. The owner of P.A.M. consistently avoids calls from clients looking for explanations for the incompetence shown by her company dragging out issues further than necessary. In 20 years of business I have never experienced a more unprofessional situation.

I have had this company do my books for many years and they have been nothing short of professional. The staff is polite and courteous and the service is wonderful. I would recommend this business for anyone needing bookkeeping services.
