We gave our only 1 year old computer to them to have fixed when it was acting as though it was infected with a virus and 6 months later after much difficulty trying to communicate/reach them, they have not fixed our computer and have not replied to our calls or messages! I would say they are a complete scam, and we have lost our computer for good... but am surprised to see other good reviews?

When It comes to computer repairs I was looking for a company that I could trust with my personal info. The team at Virtual Fusion are not only incredibly knowledgable and helpful, but their professionalism and customer service skills come second to none! They will always be my first choice when It comes to my digital needs!

I love these people use them if you have any computer problems... I had the best experience with them. Not only were they super professional but also friendly. I will be using them when I have more problems and will recommend them.
