I highly recommend Darci! She made our wedding cake and we have since gone back for an anniversary cake and a birthday cake. We don’t even live in Canmore but her cake is 100% worth the drive. If you’re looking for great quality cake, amazing flavours & gorgeous designs, look no further! I highly recommend trying her coffee cake with caramel buttercream and a Baileys soak, you will not regret it. Chocolate cake with caramel buttercream is pretty good too. The one thing I will say is if you plan on getting a cake from her, book WELL in advance. With her being a small business, communication can take a while. Be prepared for that. But she is 100% worth the wait.

We had a great experience with Kake by Darci. Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. All communication was done via emails, our expectations were understood and exceeded. We did not have a clear concept, so the staff helped us with options to choose from. The web site also has very helpful information and all details to make a cake selection. We ordered Earl Gray cake with Vanilla bean+ bourbon buttercream. It was fresh, moist, tasteful, and just right. On the side it was decorated with mountain scene. Highly recommend Kake by Darci!

KAKE by Darci where to start, first of all hands down you made us the most beautiful wedding cake we could have asked for.. The talent this lady has is out standing from the outside right down to the flavor of the cake.. You nailed it.. We couldn't have been happier and she even worked with another one of our venders Kailee from Willow and co.. Between Darci and Kailee they couldn't have displayed the cake anymore gorgeous then they had.. Great team and amazing team work.. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR DREAM WEDDING CAKE COME TRUE.. Highly recommend Kake! We had a small wedding cake and it did not disappoint, coffee cake with salted caramel buttercream icing. It was amazing! We also had macarons for our guests and they were incredible! Darci is an amazing baker and incredibly talented.

Completely rude and unprofessional owner. The cake is kind of bland, it is beyond me how there are so many good reviews unless it's Darci's friends. I have never been so disappointed with a business and this was my wedding cake. If you want a cake that's pretty, go with this business. If you want it to taste good and to be treated with respect and kindness, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Lady, you just know how to bake. Get over yourself.
