I haven't been to their location. However, I did ordered two bags online; the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe GR1 Adado Natural and Brazilian Fazenda Passeio. I wanted to see what the hype was all about the Yirgacheffe blueberry flavour notes which really did surprise me but I really fell in love with the Fazenda Passeio. It had this really great peanut flavour that lingered. If only this place was closer but the shipping costs this way add up unfortunately. Shipping time was decent, ordered March 31, received April 9 and the roast date was April 3.
Update: I've visited the roasters four times since this original review. This is my go to place when visiting Alberta. Even had a Parks Canada employee comment about the famous coffee sitting in the dash storage.
By far my favourite coffee bar I have been to, their Cappuccinos are like none other. Not sure what they do differently but it creates a beyond perfect Cappuccino every time! Seating area is tucked away and quite nice spot to relax or meet up with some friends.
Had an awesome Americano, staff was great but there was no where to really sit...covid safety measures most likely
