Venue is great. Service by lady named HARDEEP is garbage. She told me to rent a different community hall because she doesn't have the info on hand..... falconridge community hall said they had heard this complaint before.

Very nice people when arranging hall rental, yes I signed all the waivers, you have to otherwise you won’t be able to use the facilities. They show you the hall, and tell you what you like to hear. On the day of the rental, they showed me the fridge has a broken door, they left me no choice, what will I do, cancel my event because of a broken fridge? Of course I just have to just accept whatever is working. I was told also that the neighborhood is safe and I could leave the door open so there’s fresh air inside, I did leave the door propped open and also the reason someone stole my sons varsity jacket. Yes there was theft.(Highly advice to watch your belongings when you go to this community hall) I understood now why the bathroom doors are propped open because if you close them they could get stuck shut. Found out the hard way while waiting outside the washroom, lined up outside the men’s washroom and my guest are complaining and we pushed really hard on door and nobody was there. They didn’t mentioned that to me. Then the DJ had problems with the electrical system, the breakers keep tripping, it happened at least 3X. Guest got bored and they eventually leave one by one. Can’t blame them. This is my experience in this community hall, might not affect everyone but this is what happened to me. All I can say is be careful and to those broken things I guess you can asked them if They could get fixed you have a choice to demand to get them fixed before the event. I doubt they’ll get fix, but I told you so. They do have CCTV, hopefully they help the police on tracking down the thief from their CCTV records. Some people don’t like CCTV, but for me, they’re my security and record of proof of what’s happening in the event. So sorry this is too much of an information, I just want to put my experience out here from this place.

The place is a good place for a party which is exactly what I was there for. However the people who rent you that place for a few hours? They're terrible people. I gave it a 5 stars because I had fun I enjoyed my time there and I truly believe that the place is a wonderful place. But almost at the end of the party the owner (A mean lady very rude) she started escorting people out because it was 1AM it was supposed to be a fun birthday party but she had to stress everyone out by yelling a the (Birthday man?) And that was not acceptable.

We have been here twice now and its a nice place to have a party. But for the amount of people that it can hold they should have alot more parking.

Great service from the lady in the office. The president is also very helpful.
