Bringing Johnson McClung, on board to help us straighten out years of work not done properly previous to them was the best decision we have ever made. They are both down to earth, easy to speak with, modern in their tech capabilities, helpful in explanation when required and on top of their game. Our file is steadily being corrected causing CRA to be happy, us to be happy and moving forward tracking everything we be easy and straightforward. Jon was great to deal with. Though I initially thought the cost was high, the service levels provided were well above average in my personal opinion. Jonathan helped us through 2 very complicated tax and corporate years for 3 different companies. I am 62 and have done my bookkeeping a certain way for years. With much patience, Jonathan helped me transition into the modern era of banking and record keeping withsome great ideas & personal help. In short, he has helped me move away from bookkeeping so that I can now be better spend my time on other projects and have more time away from the office. As well, Jonathan took the time to truly know my business so that he knew how to best advise me on some tax saving strategies and to suggest some tools to help us with bookkeeping efficiencies that others have not ever suggested. He is not the typical see you at year-end accountant. He has continued to reach out to us on a regular basis to see how things are going & to offer help. This is largely due to his all inclusive monthly fee structure (brilliant idea - I really really like). Meaning....no more unknown or surprising year end accounting bills.
