Would never use them again! They made an error on our taxes and when inquired about it, the owner was extremely rude! She was sarcastic and mocking me over the phone. She even had the guts to say I was trying to defraud the government because she submitted a paper that was not for that tax year when she asked for it in the first place. Then she told me she has "no time" to read through everything. How do you do your job then? Hire some more staff lady, so you do have time to read the paperwork! She also let me know that they are voted the best business in town. Doesn't look that way from some of the reviews! Looks like we all had a similar encounter with this owner. Support local, but don't support this lady! Learn some class and professional!

I have seen them for 3 three and not been happy! I was trying to give them another chance year after year but I finally had enough when they didn’t submit my taxes for last year till this year and when I asked why they blamed me and that I didn’t give them the go ahead, when I paid them for last years taxes I told them to submit it!!! Unprofessional and rude

They charge twice what they quote you.

This is genuinely the worst experience I have had with customer service. They did a good job with the taxes, but when I called to ask a question, I was greeted with an annoyed "hello?" and as I continued to introduce myself and explain the situation, I was interrupted by the owner yelling and saying I was wrong and the one to blame. I then apologized if I had offended her and tried to explain I only wanted her to understand the full situation and reason for wanting my question answered, and I was welcomed with a loud and annoyed "we stand by our business here. if you would like to reword what you said, thats fine, but we did nothing wrong." I was called a liar and she even slandered my mother who was there prior to me and didn't allow them to file her papers. I do not recommend giving this woman your time and money as her staff had to tell her to stop being rude once I came in to pay for their service. That is completely disgraceful to her business.
